Our Work
FOYA’s main focus in sector is Agriculture and related disciplines. We operate at local, regional and national levels.
At the heart of FOYA, members are encouraged to become active in their area, be part of the movement. They are tasked to spread the news about the FOYA 4-H Initiative to other young people, professionals and build a stronger voice for youth in their communities and share our views and ideas with others so that they can both contribute and benefit from our work and our network professionally.

Through a comprehensive approach centered on positive youth development, empowerment and education, the Foundation delivers targeted capacity building programs, facilitates youth employment opportunities and nurtures agricultural entrepreneurship. FOYA’s diverse beneficiaries—ranging from young enthusiasts and students to out-of-school youth, school leavers, graduates and emerging young professionals — benefit from transformative interventions designed to position them as key drivers of agricultural innovation and food security in their communities and beyond
